Refunds and chargebacks
How refunds work and what happens to fees.
Web payments (Stripe). Members can request a refund within 14 days of a payment. Approved refunds reverse the platform fee (see Creator fees), but Stripe processing fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks initiated by a member's bank are deducted from the Creator's connected Stripe balance, plus a Stripe dispute fee.
iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) payments. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google under their refund policies. If Apple or Google refund a payment, the corresponding amount is deducted from the Creator's next transfer from us.
