Refunds and chargebacks

How refunds work and what happens to fees.

Members can request a refund within 14 days of a payment. Approved refunds reverse the platform fee, but Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks initiated by a member's bank are deducted from your next payout, plus a Stripe dispute fee.
