Connecting your Stripe account
How to set up payouts via Stripe Connect, what we see and what we do not.
Web payments on nowyouseeme go through Stripe Connect. Each Creator sets up their own connected Stripe account during onboarding. Once it is verified, payments from Members on the web land directly in that account.
What Stripe collects. Stripe asks for the information they need to comply with financial regulations: your legal name, date of birth, address, tax identifier (where applicable) and bank details for payouts. The exact list depends on your country.
What we see. We receive a Stripe account reference and a status (verified, pending, restricted). We never see your bank details, full identity documents or tax forms — those stay with Stripe.
Updating your details. Address changes, bank changes and tax forms are managed inside Stripe's own dashboard. The link to it is in your account settings.
Why a payout might be delayed. Stripe may pause payouts if a verification step is outstanding, if there is unusual activity on the account, or if a chargeback is being investigated. You will see the reason in your Stripe dashboard.
See Creator fees for the full breakdown of fees and payout timing.
