Refunds and cancellations

When you can get a refund and where to ask for one.

Refund handling depends on how you paid:

  • Web (Stripe). Refund requests for web payments are handled by us. Please within 14 days of the payment with your account email and the date of the charge. See Refunds and chargebacks for what is and is not refundable.
  • iOS (Apple). Apple handles refunds for In-App Purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android (Google). Google handles refunds for Google Play purchases. Request one from your Google Play › Order history.

Cancellation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. See Managing your subscription for cancellation steps on each platform.

Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with your bank is a serious step — it counts as a payment dispute and may result in your account being restricted while the case is investigated. We strongly recommend contacting us first.
