Managing your subscription
How to upgrade, downgrade or cancel — and where, depending on how you signed up.
Where you manage your subscription depends on how you originally paid. This is a rule set by Apple and Google, not by us — in-app purchases can only be cancelled inside the App Store or Google Play.
Web (Stripe). Open Account settings › Subscriptions on the website. You can upgrade or downgrade between a Creator's tiers, or cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
iOS (Apple In-App Purchase). Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find your nowyouseeme membership and cancel from there. Apple's standard refund and cancellation policy applies.
Android (Google Play Billing). Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, find your nowyouseeme membership and cancel from there.
Switching tiers. On the web you can move between tiers directly. On iOS and Android, the way to switch is the same as in any other app: cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe on the new tier.
