Trust & safety

Reporting a post or user

How to flag something for review and what we do with the report.

If you come across something abusive, harmful, illegal or in breach of our Content guidelines or Terms of service, please report it. Reports are the main way our trust & safety team finds problems.

What you can report. The menu on the following items has a Report option:

  • a post;
  • a comment on a post;
  • a direct message in a chat thread;
  • a user profile;
  • a product (digital or physical) listed by a Creator.

Reasons you can pick. When you tap Report you choose the reason that best fits:

  • Spam or misleading
  • Scam or fraud
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Violence or threats
  • Nudity or sexual content
  • Unsolicited explicit content
  • Impersonating another person
  • Fake account
  • Intellectual property violation
  • Other

Add a short note if it helps explain the context (for example "this is my work being resold without permission" for a copyright report). Notes are optional but make reviews faster.

Your report is anonymous. The person you report is never told who reported them. Your identity stays private.

What happens next. Our team reviews every report. Depending on the severity we may remove the content, warn the user, restrict their ability to post, message or receive payments, or in serious cases suspend the account. We aim to act faster on reports involving safety, illegal content or non-consensual intimate imagery — those are prioritised over softer rule-breaks like spam.

If it is an emergency. Reports are not monitored in real time. If someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first, then report the content here so we can preserve evidence and act on the account.
