What you can post
The different post types nowyouseeme supports and how access is gated.
You can publish five kinds of posts on nowyouseeme, and each one can be set to a specific tier:
- Video — long-form video uploads, hosted and streamed via Mux. We never copy the file through our servers; the upload goes directly from your device to the video host.
- Audio — episodes, podcasts, voice notes.
- Text — rich-text posts, similar to a blog entry.
- Photo — single or multiple images.
- Document — PDFs and similar attachments.
Who can see what. Every post has a required tier. Free posts are visible to anyone, including non-Members. Paid posts are visible to Members on that tier or higher. The rule is simple: a Member sees a post if their current tier rank is at least the post's required rank, or if you (the Creator) are the author.
Edits and deletes. You can edit captions, titles and tier requirements at any time. Deleting a post removes it for everyone, including Members who had access to it.
