Messaging your Members

Direct chats, replies and how to use messaging without burning out.

You can message Members directly from a thread on their profile or from your inbox. Conversations are private and are only visible to the participants.

Replies and timing. Members appreciate a reply, but you do not need to be online all the time. Set expectations in your profile bio (for example "I usually reply within a few days") so people know what to expect.

Group announcements vs. messages. For something that is relevant to a whole tier, post it as a tier-gated post rather than messaging everyone individually — it scales better and Members can re-read it later.

Boundaries. You decide what you respond to. Abusive or inappropriate messages can be reported — see Reporting a post or user.
